Your local extension office is a wealth of resources in itself. They can help with gardening, soil testing, livestock advice and canning. Many will test canning equipment and provide soil tests for a small fee. Locate your local extension office here.

  • Canning Recipes & Information

Ball is my preferred source of canning information, rules and recipes. You can purchase their books but they provide almost all of the information from their books on their website.
